Jackie Ramstedt is a nationally renowned Motivational Keynote Speaker, National Trainer, Consultant, and Performance Coach who has more than 27 years experience in the multi-housing industry. She continually speaks to thousands of industry professionals on a national level for the National Apartment Association, the Multi Housing World Conference, Multifamily Pro Annual Brainstorming Events, the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Grace Hill, Inc. Jackie is also a member of the prestigious Apartment All Stars Team national tours specializing in customer service, resident retention, leasing and management solutions.

Jackie earned her CAM and CAPS designations back to back and her CAS (Certified Apartment Supplier) designation. Most recently Jackie was awarded the "first ever" Faculty Member of the Year from her local Austin Apartment Association, where she has served on the Board of Directors and as the Education Committee Chair. Jackie is an accredited instructor teaching all designation courses for NALP, CAM, CAPS, CAS, ROC, and CAMT as well as core and MCE courses for the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC).

Starting out on site as a part time housekeeper and weekend Leasing Consultant, Jackie continued to work her way up through the ranks building credibility through her advancements, while winning numerous performance awards, including Manager of the Year. She has worked as a National Marketing Director, National Performance Director, and National Training Director, and University Trainer for some of the nation’s largest management companies.

This year Jackie’s newest endeavor is having her very own "on line" show series with Multifamily Pro’s, MProTV. "Everything Everyday!" is a series of 12 one hour shows that are aired "live" every Friday at Noon central time beginning May 27th through August 12th, 2011. It focuses on the everyday challenges and solutions to those challenges for management professionals in our industry today.
