TUE-B01 Behavioral Interviewing: Hiring the Right Person for the Right Job

Human Resources

In today’s marketplace, the competitive talent trends make it crucial to have an effective way to hire, develop and retain top talent. Companies need to go beyond traditional processes to discover the real characteristics of a super performer. This is particularly true in student housing communities where companies may invest in young part-time employees. This session will teach you to use “behavioral style” questions to help to uncover true skill sets based on real-life situations.

Speaker:

Jacqueline Ramstedt, CAM, CAPS, CAS, Owner, National Speaker, Performance Coach, CMO Chief Motivational Officer, Ramstedt Enterprises, Inc.

Dear Jackie,

I had the pleasure of meeting you on Tuesday at the Hayman Company seminar in Columbus. This delightful meeting found me leaving Columbus uplifted and with a renewed commitment to my job. That's wonderful - but what's even more wonderful is that in the 24 hours following the seminar, surprisingly I've found my renewed commitment extending beyond just the job to the other important areas of my life - to God, to my marriage, to other family relationships, to community. I don't know how you managed to bring this about, but I'd like for you to know that I am very, very grateful. You surely are doing what you were meant to be doing!

Best regards,
Annie from Sturbridge

Hi Jackie,

I just wanted to thank you for a wonderful Trainer The Trainers class last week in New Jersey. You are always upbeat and inspirational. Thanks for putting the spark back in my team - sometimes they just need to recharge. You're the best!
